Repairs
We guarantee that our pieces are handmade to the finest quality, however damage may occur over time. We offer free repairs for 3 months after purchase. After the period of 3 months a repair charge may occur. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for repairing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns
Returns must be sent back within 5 days of receipt.
Your purchase must be returned in it’s original packaging, in perfect unused condition. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs. For returns please contact via email.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another, you can do within 7 days of purchase by contacting us via email.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. For Customer Care please contact us via email first.

Canceling an order
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email.
Cancellation must be received within 24 hours of ordering.

Return Costs
Please note that the return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged or incorrectly goods.
